JADE Recessed Trimless Ceiling Spot

JADE is a sleek, timeless recessed spot with a plaster finish designed for seamless trimless installation on plasterboard ceilings. Its borderless design allows the ceiling to visually extend into the lighting fixture, creating a smooth, integrated, and aesthetically pleasing effect.

Ideal for architectural new builds, JADE does not require a junction box. Depending on local building codes, collapsible fire hoods (available at hardware stores) may be used.

Installation Steps:

1. Mark the outline of the spot where you want it installed.

2. Cut the plaster ceiling to the spotlight’s size.

3. Adjust the metal flaps of the spot to match your plasterboard thickness.

4. Recess the spotlight into the plasterboard ceiling.

5. Secure it by screwing the provided screws through the plasterboard into the metal flaps.

6. Cover screw holes and seams with plaster paste.

7. After drying, sand the plaster until smooth and invisible.

8. Paint to match your ceiling color.

Custom Orders
All Light Cookie fixtures are made to order—we do not carry stock. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. Minor changes may be accommodated depending on where we are in the production process—please reach out as soon as possible.

Customizations
Most designs are fully customizable within fabrication and shipping limits (excluding our fixed-size Marinal series). You may select custom dimensions, metal finishes, and powder coat colors from the following charts:

Light Bulbs
Bulbs are not included with our fixtures. However, we're happy to advise on the best type for your light during or after purchase.

DELIVERY, RETURNS & DAMAGES

Lead Times
Standard lead time is 2–3 weeks. If you have a tight deadline, let us know—we can often accommodate rush orders within 1–2 weeks.

Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately. Save all packaging materials, as they are required for insurance claims. Damage reported after 15 days from delivery cannot be considered for replacement.

Returns & Exchanges
Our lights are crafted by hand, one at a time. Minor variations and surface inconsistencies are part of their artisanal nature. If you're unhappy with your fixture, notify us within 10 business days of delivery. Items held longer than 15 days are not eligible for return or replacement.

INSTALLATION & TECHNICAL

Installation & Handling
We strongly recommend professional installation by a licensed electrician. All products are designed for use with dimmable or non-dimmable LED bulbs only. Screws and anchors are not included, as installation surfaces vary (e.g., drywall, concrete, wood).

UL Certification
Our products are not UL listed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All fixtures are wired for global voltage compatibility. Unless otherwise requested, all pieces are hardwired. If you prefer a plug-in version, we offer two options:

• Supplied with an EU plug (requires local adapter)

• Provided with a loose-end cable for you to attach a local plug

We can also add a toggle switch to any wall lamp or sconce backplate upon request.

Please specify your needs during ordering, including junction box sizes for custom canopies if applicable.
